Come and sing with Retrophonix Pop Choir—a friendly, feel-good community where we sing classic pop hits from across the decades, all in beautiful harmony! Whether you're a shower singer, a seasoned performer, or completely new to singing in a group, you're welcome here. If you love pop music and are up for giving it a go, you'll fit right in.

Led by professional singer and qualified teacher Laura Morrell, with years of experience as a choral director and arranger, each session is fun, relaxed, and uplifting. Singing with others isn't just great for your voice—it’s proven to boost mood, reduce stress, and support mental well-being. It’s a great way to meet new people, lift your spirits, and start (or end!) your week on a high. Come along and find your voice with us!

🎶 What to Expect at Retrophonix Pop Choir

• 90 minutes of fun, feel-good harmony singing to classic pop hits

• Mid-session chill with a 10-minute break included in rehearsal

• All lyrics, scores & online practice tracks provided

• Come regularly to keep the groove going!

• A little home practice = big confidence boost

• Perform in concerts and share the joy

• Sing in a voice part (low/medium/high) that suits you best

• Got a favourite pop song? Suggest it!

• £8.50 per 90min session paid termly

• Or pay monthly via standing order £27

• 38 sessions per academic year (Sep-Sep)

• Give two weeks notice to end membership

• Midterm starters pay pro rata
